I'm having a boy. I was in shock for the whole day yesterday, I walked around the mall in circles looking at baby clothes and left without buying anything.
I haven't seen a baby boy born into my family since 1986 or 1985, and I come from a long line of just women.
He was sucking his thumb during the ultrasound, so cute!

that is very exciting news Mary! Noah was the first grandchild on each side, and the first great-grand child to be a boy on all sides too... so I know how the first boy in a family for a long time can be exciting for all.

Congrats, Mary! That little boy is going to be soooooooooo spoiled (as will the first boy that will be born into DH's family, as all the grandkids have been girls thus far... FIL is praying for a boy baby to be born soon).
I had to keep myself from buying the cutest little sweater vests when I was pregnant. I was convinced I was having a boy (and everyone else told me I was having a boy too). Good thing I held back on the shopping, b/c I would've put a hole in my wallet at Mexx Kids in the boys section.
