What would you get at Amazon with $100?

Just got my Ebates payment in the form of an Amazon gc. It was big this quarter because of referral bonuses and Christmas shopping (like $90 back!).

So, you have $100 to spend at Amazon.

And, go.

  • I'd buy a DVD series set for one of our favorite shows like Modern Family or Big Bang Theory...or treat myself to The Walking Dead series set.

  • I'd put it toward a Kindle Paperwhite 3G. I want one soooooo badly. I already have a first gen and an iPad, so I won't get one (DH says I don't "need" it...pshhh), but it looks awesome.

  • A Paperwhite would be awesome, but I already have a Kindle Keyboard and a Kindle Fire. When the Keyboard dies, it'll be replaced by Paperwhite for sure.

I like the other ideas too! Things I hadn't thought of but could definitely use.

  • The Paperwhite is fantastic! DH got me one for Christmas and I LOVE it!

Otherwise, I'd probably put it towards an essential oil diffuser or a light therapy lamp because I'm boring like that.

In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!

  • AAAAALL the Kindle books! Hahaha!

Or some essential oils. I've been wanting to buy a few for months now, but the good ones just seem so expensive and I just can't justify it.

  • I was just randomly gifted a $100 giftcard to Amazon over Christmas, and I put it towards an external flash for my DSLR.  I've been wanting to buy one for a while, but couldn't justify spending $160+ on something I wouldn't use that often.  With the giftcard covering the bulk of it, I didn't blink an eye at spending $60.

And for all of you fellow book people - check out the Overdrive app for Kindles, Apple, and Androids. You register with your local library, and can borrow books directly to your device without leaving the house.  It has saved me a ton of cash since I tend to blow through books.

  • Probably the case my kid wants for his new kindle fire. Hempz lotion, since its only availible online and the only thing that keeps my psoriasis in check and thats where I normally order it from. And either a medicine ball or kettle bells.
  • Harry Potter blue rays, larabars, and books for my research assignment.
