Best & Worst. Easiest & Hardest.

  • Whats the best and worst thing (that you think) about your body?
  • Whats the easiest and hardest thing to workout or train for you?
For me i would have to say the best thing would be my eyes. lol
the worst would have to be my belly.
the easiest thing to work out is my legs, ive always had natural leg muscle so when i start running again after an extended absence its really easy to push my legs, but its my lungs that need re-trained to keep up the pace.
the hardest thing to workout would be my abs, no matter how long i work at it, or train it always seems hard to do the same old stuff.

  • Best: Eyes/Lips. 
    Worst: used to be my butt, but I'm actually making pretty awesome progress on that lately. Now It's my arms. 

    Easiest: Legs. I'm strongest there so I feel way better about my workouts when I do legs.
    Hardest: Arms. They are SO weak and even though I'm working on it, it's difficult to have the same awesome feeling I get when I do legs.
