For me i would have to say the best thing would be my eyes. lol
the worst would have to be my belly.
the easiest thing to work out is my legs, ive always had natural leg muscle so when i start running again after an extended absence its really easy to push my legs, but its my lungs that need re-trained to keep up the pace.
the hardest thing to workout would be my abs, no matter how long i work at it, or train it always seems hard to do the same old stuff.
