We haven't done our daily checkin' in (I've been super busy at work so posting less) and I thought I'd see how everyone did this week.
How goes it?
Good week for me -- I finished week 4 of couch to 5k and will start week 5 tomorrow. I'm kind of scared, because it seems like a big jump! According to the 9-week program, I won't be ready for a 5 k until the second week of March, but I signed up to run in one at the end of Feb -- I wouldn't have done so, but I'll be visiting a friend in Chicago and it sounds fun/empowering. Bridey, you've done c to 5k before -- think I could jump ahead two weeks?
