Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Need a kick in the butt and tough love for am workout!
Monday I begin a 16 training program for the NYC Marathon and Im doing it with Team Fox raising money and awareness for Parkinson's Disease- my dad has PD and so do my aunt and cousin...its summer so its HOT and I need to log my training runs in the morning before work BUT Im so not a morning person. Anyone out there have a good strategy for getting their butts out of bed in the morning for a workout? I know I have to do it but then I hit snooze and run after work in the blazing heat...Im good with tough love so lay it on me!!!
