I am looking at purchasing the 10-Minute Trainer series. Has anyone done that, with calorie counting, and been satisfied?
I lost 85 pounds after my third child doing Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred & Elliptical every other day, and after my last pregnancy I had gained 50 back
With 3 kids in the house, and my baby not sleep through the night I want something short but effective.
Any thoughts? Thx!
