I would love to start eating healthier and exercising more but don't want to do it on my own. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a group so that we can sort of hold each other accountable and give encouragement and tips. I was thinking we could all maybe do the same workout (Insanity, P90x, Jillian Michaels) and share healthy recipes while we track our progress. It would be cool if we could start it around the first of November. Any takers? Suggestions?
