So, I am bundle of mangaged stress. It is who I am and who I've always been. It works for me. However, when the stress gets to my body, the achey stuff bothers me. I also have arthritis in all joints, but the worst is my elbow, so traditional yoga is out of the question. Last night I was looking at joint freeing series yoga and came across Breath Centered Yoga with Leslie Kaminoff and ordered the DVD.
My question is, does easy breezy yoga actually DO anything, or will I just be fooling myself (which if it works I'll go with, I just want to know)?
