need a health book to keep my nutrition/fitness motivation
So I have started on Spark recently and got back into training for couch to 5k. I am doing really good with eating right and sticking to the running and strength training. (I have already lost 5 lbs) I want to find a book that I can read to keep me motivated and maybe teach me a few things. Any good suggestions?
