FitBit - Customer service issues?

Hello.  I received a FitBit as a b-day gift in November.  At the end of April, my FitBit broke (the black casing broke).  I emailed customer support and they responded asking me to answer a number of questions and provide a couple of pictures.  I sent my responses back on 5/5 and have yet to hear back from them.  I've sent 3 follow up emails with no response.  I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service.  Has anyone else had issues with their customer support or their FitBit?
