I have questions about C25K!
Did you finish it in the number of weeks allotted? Did you feel like it was pretty easy to work your way up? You ran outside, right? Not with a treadmill? Did you download the podcasts?
There is a 5k on July 8th that I am thinking about running and I could definitely skip week 1 of the program which would give me 8 weeks - do you think that I can do it?
