How do I approach the jump from two 8 min runs to a full 20 minutes without walking?
I am repeating week 5, day 2 for the 6th time and might have to do a few more runs. I can sometimes get through it but its rough, and other days I can barely get through without cramping or needing to walk. I was just looking to hear that someone else has "been there run that". Thanks!
