My boss at the personal training studio has about 2% body fat and is in amazing shape. She just posted this huge paragraph about the effects of alcohol on your body. Yeah, we all know it isn't helping our metabolisms, blah, blah, blah but you don't have to type it all out!
I bet if I didn't drink on the weekends, I would drop 5lbs easily. I don't even drink things that are higher in calories, but it still effects your body. It is my only vice, so I am not giving it up.
