I just finished the C25K (again) but am still pretty slow. I ran a 5k loop at the local CCC and my time was 39:20. So we ( I run with my husband) started working on speed tonight. We are doing timed laps around the track, 2:30 a lap, 10 min miles. This is way out of my comfort zone and the first attemp I made it 3.5 laps before we were 30sec behind pace.Walked a lap and then attemped the mile again, and got it! I haven't run a 10 mm since like hs!
Next run I'm going to try to get 5 laps in before I die
