  • I only lost half a pound this past week. Makes me worry that even at 1,300 calories a day my weight loss may be plateauing. Which sucks because I still have like, 40lbs to go.

    I'm not going to weigh myself again until the Sunday after the 1st. Christmas eve, day and New Year's eve I'm gonna eat whatever I want, so I don't even wanna see those numbers. I just hope I don't gain any.

  • I lost 2lbs this week.I went running 4 times. I'm pretty happy with those results

    This week I will be finishing the C25k! I will retest my 5k time. When I ran it 4 weeks ago my time was 41:52. The goal is to have it down to 35 mins. We (DH and I) will start weight lifting along with the running.

  • Well... I lost 8 pounds since Saturday because I got the flu.  It was pretty much throwing up once on the hour every hour from 8:30pm Saturday until 11:30am Sunday morning.  Not quite the way I wanted to loose weight. 

  • I made it to the Y 2 times last week, plus a walk in the park over the weekend.  I just got back from the Y tonight.  However, no movement on the scale.  Unfortunately it is going to take much more to burn off all of those xmas cookies.
