  • I definitely feel like this will be good for me. My abs were burning as I pushed out the last 8 or so.  

    I was able to complete 36. So, based on my age, that's poor, but I somehow get to start on Week 3 instead of Week 1.

  • I was at 34, so also poor for my age.  So, I'll also be starting at week 3, too.

  • I came to the conclusion I must be doing them wrong, because I did 100.  I have no idea how that happened - I am NOT a very fit person!  I just laid there and cranked them out, and just kept going and going.  It was burning, but not to the point I needed to stop.  Tonight, I am going to make DH watch me and see if he knows how I'm "cheating" because I cannot fathom that I can do 100 correct crunches, and he agrees.  There's just no possible way.  Any tips?
  • I'm in! I've logged my workout for today, but I'll do the test tomorrow AM to see where I land.
