As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I requested a refund on a Groupon...

I got a Groupon and when I called to schedule, they were not accepting appointments and were under new ownership.  I wanted to use it last week and have no use for it now, so I emailed Groupon this morning and within an hour they emailed me back and issued a refund.  Now that is customer service!

  • Last week I emailed them to tell them that my facial was horrible, and they refunded my money! I was VERY impressed.

  • Mine was Golden maids cleaning.  They have horrible reviews online and when I called to schedule, they said they were closed and not taking appointments until May 5.  I needed it last week, so no point in keeping it, plus the bad reviews make me nervious- new owners or not.

    Eek!  I just received a GC for that place.  What was so horrible??

  • I accidentally bought two and didn't realize it.  I emailed them and they fully refunded my extra one.  I told them that they had superior customer service and they responded with a Thank You email. ;)  That kind of stuff makes my day!
