New recipe a week... anyone interested?

I'm trying to be a better wife and cook a new meal a week.  Anyone else interested in doing this?  Maybe we can post what we are going to cook on one day and then post reviews of how it went?  I'd love to get ideas from you ladies and more importantly know if it really tasted good.  I plan to cook the new meals on Sundays and then hope to have leftovers to eat on at least Mondays.

Re: New recipe a week... anyone interested?

  • I'm in! I loooove to cook but never really get the opportunity to since I work nights. But, Sunday nights would work best for me too since DH and I are normally both off that night. I love this idea!
  • I'm in!  Our recipes will be vegetarian/ pescetarian but that might be a help to some with Lent approaching. :)
