TurboFIre addicts

I just wonder how many of you out there are turbofire fanatics? I'm currently finishing week 16 WHEW! never thought i'd get there but am SOOO addicted lol Going to week 20.  Curious if anyone else did it and what kind of results you ended up with :o)  So far I've lost 17 lbs and at least 15 inches! Now that I'm getting close to end of program I'm so torn on what program to do next....i want to try them all! Anyone have any great stories to share of their successful fitness journeys? I love hearing peoples success!

Re: TurboFIre addicts

  • I have never heard of it before. I really wanted to try P90X but the prices of everything are too expensive! I am on sparkpeople.com which isnt a program per se but it has helped me a lot!

  • I've used spark people for recipes and stuff as well its a great site! P90x is fantastic program as well.  I started out trying P90x but I think what I needed more for a kick in the pants was a group class like setting and HIIT type workouts....check out this link below.  TurboFire has truely changed my life! I know exactly how you feel about the price its kinda high, but when you look at is as an investment in yourself, its so worth it and the results are the pay off! No weights needed...just a resistance band and your own body and energy to get you through this one.  Ive never been in as good shape as I am now cuz of this program and Chalene Johnson.  She is SO awesome.  There are some great opportunities going on right now with beachbody...if you sign up to be a coach right now, the sign up fee ($39.99 value) is free! The benefits of it are you get 25% off of the products you buy! No contracts...helps you stay accountable and there is extra income potential for ya there as well :o)

  • I liked it ok at best but for the money I would rather do Insanity for HIIT workouts, it's a lot more challenging and the workouts go by so much faster!

PP, I bought P90x on eBay for much cheaper than it was on BeachBody's website. Also, check your local Craigslist, a friend of mine bought P90x off of there for really cheap.

  • I think I might go the Insanity route next.  A girlfriend and her DH are doing it and love it.  Did you know that Shaun T is coming out with another program! Sounds like its gonna be even more 'insaine' :o)
  • I just love the motivation that Chalene has and the music is rockin in TurboFire :o) I'm curious about Brazil Butt Lift as well! So many options.
