Tip for teachers of younger students

So my nephew started kindergarten recently and my SIL was telling me about his favorite part. Apparently when he got home he was so excited to tell his Mom that the teacher had a air freshener in there that smelled like cotton candy. He asked the teacher about it and everything. So cute. This kid loves candy like no other and I think the teacher won his heart forever.

Re: Tip for teachers of younger students

  • How funny! They should include this information in the curriculum for earning teaching credentials.
  • I *loved* the scratch-n-sniff stickers we got in kindergarten.  We would stick them on our hands.  My favorites were bubble gum and pickle. ;)

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

  • Bummer.... I can't use anything like that. Only this crappy lemon smell that the district allows us to use : (

  • Are you serious? They regulate the air freshener you use.
  • We can't use plug-ins or anything that requires electricity.  It is considered fire hazard.
  • I can understand the fire hazard thing but only letting you use lemon sucks!

  • man that sucks. I hate the smell of lemon air freshner. Could you use potpurri or something battery operated?
  • Or a reed diffuser or something that isn't lemon?

  • Yeah.. because of all the kids alergic reactions to various things there is only ONE type of air-freshener that you can use... and it happens to be lemon : (
