cobbler/shoe repair

i have a pair of leather boots that i just adore, but the leather is starting to separate at the seams. i am hoping to take them to a cobbler to see how much it would be to fix them before i just throw them away. anyone have a repair shop that they have used? i am in the harrisburg area but i am not opposed to going to the west shore :)

thanks!

Re: cobbler/shoe repair

  • I had a pair of boots that I LOVED but the heel needed to be re-capped. I took them to a shoe repair place in State College and it was only like $9. Depending on your fix it will probably be less expensive to get them repaired then just buy new ones.
