Hey there - I've been lurking here for a few weeks... I too recently decided enough is enough and I want to get healthier and feel and look better. I have done WW in the past, and I do like eating clean (or mostly clean) so I am basically trying to do "clean WW." My eating had gotten pretty out of control the last few months, but now that I've been on plan for about 6 weeks, I feel much better and in control and lighter.
I've never been very active, but I am trying to take baby steps there too. I do like hiking, so we've been trying to do long hikes on the weekend. During the week I want to try just walking a couple of brisk laps around the little lake here. That's only about 1.5 miles total, but it's something. I think between that plus the hikes, and eating well, I'll continue to see results and feel better.
I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks (weigh day is tomorrow), but last time I checked I'd lost 10 pounds. I'd like to lose about 40-50 total. I'm not exactly sure. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing, and see where I end up and how I feel about it.
