First, I chest pressed 95lbs for 2 reps. I would not have done this without a spot and fortunately DH arrived at the gym while I was still working on this exercise (I'm a baby and won't ask anyone else!) I had done a few sets at 90lbs, 3 reps, but I was not comfortable moving up without a spotter.
And I dead-lifted 165, 5 sets of 6 reps. I've done more weight at less reps, so this was a record for that number of sets and reps.
