  • They were tasty, athough more fragile than I was thinking they would be.  Maybe a whole egg was too much liquid for the amount of potatoes.  Meh, we ate them, and I have some for lunch today.

    I took the regular taters, which already had salt and parmesan in them, added a little garlic salt, some green onion, and egg.  Made it into plops, coated in flour, cooked in a little olive oil until brown and crispy on the outside.

  • sounds yummy! last night i remembered my mom used to make them with leftover potato filling from thanksgiving... but that was eons ago.

    and in order for me to make them, it means i'd actually have to make mashed potatoes, first Surprise lol
