Green Cleaning Question

My husband and I have a cleaning lady who comes once a month to give our house a top to bottom cleaning. She uses pretty traditional cleaning products, but we want her to start using chemical free products. She cleans everything toilets, sinks, tubs, tile, wood floors etc...

Anyone have suggestions as to what we can purchase and/or make for her to use for those particular needs and still get things clean?

Re: Green Cleaning Question

  • I have recently switched to all natural cleaning solutions at home and I love it! I use 1 part vinegar and 1 part water to disenfect/deodorize and for glass surfaces. I also use baking soda and lemon juice. You can use them seperate or mix the two to create a pasty consistency. Its all very easy and inexpensive! And not to mention, healthy!

  • What about for toilets and tubs. Do you use the same?
