Not one but two tiny AW things for me

Thing 1: I did the longest swim I've done in years over my lunch hour today. 2000 meters, which is not a lot for some swimmers but it is the best I've done in a long time.

Thing 2: I've swam more meters in the month of June than I have in all the rest of 2010. I have really stepped it up this month and am quite proud of myself.

  • YAY!  I love swimming.  2000 meters is a good distance/workout.  Are you doing workouts/intervals or just straight swimming?

  • I did 400 swim/ 200 kick three times and then an easy 200 to cool down. Nothing fancy but helped to break it up.
