I am interested in finding a website where I can track my eating habits and my activities for free. I know that years ago I used to use ediets, and it was free, but it appears that it's NOT free anymore. You used to be able to put in your activity levels and it would calculate how much more you have to do or less you have to eat to lose weight... That sort of thing.
I have about 20 pounds that I'd like to lose. I'm currently 160, the highest I've ever been, and I'd love to get down to 140 or even 130 again. (I'm 5'8"). I've used weightwatchers in the past successfully, but I'm looking for something online that's FREE this time. I know that you girls will have great suggestions for me, so I figured I'd come here first! I usually spend my time on thebump although I haven't had "success" yet, if you know what I mean... I was kinda waiting to lose weight till "after" I got pregnant, but I am sick of waiting. SOOO... Here I am!
