Re: Shred - Level 2

  • OMG  is that the one with Jillian?  I did it the other day.  It was on ON DEMAND .  I did the level 2 and thought I was going to die.....

    Level 1 wasn't available....Dammit!

  • Mine should arrive Tuesday!
  • Yeah I love 30DS!  I only did about 23 or 24 days total and now I just do the compound weights moves at the gym when I don't do the dvd at home.

     L2 totally kicks my butt!

  • I'm starting tomorrow. ?This board convinced me to give it a shot. ?I'm adding it in to my other exercise. ?I'm excited and hope to see a change!

    ?

I'm going to start with Level 1 and hope I'm in good enough shape to move up to Level 2 on Tuesday.?

  • Tell me more.... I looked it up but it didn't give me a whole lot of info on how it works.

  • It's amazing - each level is hard in its own regard...and what is hard for you may be easy for someone else.

Level three kicks the life out of me - but I have some friends who barely break a sweat with level three...for them the hard one is level one.

If things do start to get easy, or you want to mix things up - change the amount of weight you use...it's like a brand new workout!!?

  • I love shred!  I have finally completed 30 days.  I didn't do it everyday though.  It definitely gets easier.  I actually think level two is the hardest for me.  I love level 3!  Have fun with it!
  • I actually think that level 2 is the most difficult level, even more difficult than level 3 - at least for me.
