*~*Pill Question*~*

I switched from a monophasic pill to a triphasic pill (Tri-Sprintec) and I am wondering how long it takes until my body adjusts. I had some rough side effects from the monophasic pills and I just want to know how long it will take for them to go away now that I am taking a new type of pill. A month, 2, more? Help please :)

Re: *~*Pill Question*~*

  • Is the *~* necessary? it took me forever to find those ~ things on my keyboard.

Anyways,  I'd say probably about a month or two before everything is in your system. Until then, always use a condom just in case.

Agreed. This seems like a good average but of course everyone's body reacts differently. Condoms!

  • No, that's not what I'm asking....I need to know how long until the side effects from the old pill go away. Not how long until I am protected by the new one...
