Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Open water race next weekend
I am thinking of signing up. Help me decide between the 1/2 mile or the mile. I want to improve my 1/2 mile swim for my upcoming tris. Right now I can do it in about 13 min. The one thing I need to work on is the start,just swimming right through the chaos and finding my own little path to the finish line. If I can do that I am sure I can drop some time, the rest is cake.
I could definitely do the mile but I just kinda don't want to. I've done this particular race in the past and place 6th in my age group. So the potential to place high is good. I've been going to practice a lot this summer. What should I do??
