My eating SUCKED this weekend!!

Friday wasn't too bad since I cooked and ate but I made soup for late lunch/dinner on Saturday and apparently it didn't stick because I had horrible cravings after about 8.  Luckily FI had already polished off the ice cream so I didn't get that but I still ate a cup of popcorn, 2 ice pops carrots and drank V8.  It would have been far worce if I wouldn't have finally just thrown in the towl and went to bed. Then FI got hungry for pizza so that was dinner tonight, ugh!  I feel like crap!

I know its not that bad but I hate eating random food when I know its not what I want and won't satisfy me =(

  • I feel you. I've been on such a roll, and lost 10 lbs this month, then I had 3 cheat meals this week! Not good.  Tomorrow is a new day, new week, and new month.  Ready to get back on track!

  • Ya I need to get in full refresh mode.  I feel myself slipping up more and more so I need to renew my purpose and get back in gear.  At least i have still been doing my workouts I just haven't felt as "into" anything accept my running.

    It is a little harder too because since the "resolution" is over the stores quit putting all the good stuff on sale!

  • I think everyone has a day like that once in a while. Just wanted to say that planning meals and exercise really helps me stick to a healthier diet. Good luck! :)
  • My weekend was bad too. I definately broke the 80% good stuff rule and 20% not as good stuff rule. At least I didn't cave to really bad desserts, just dinners.

    Ohhh honey. You ate popcorn, ice pops, and V8--vegetable juice! Don't be so hard on yourself. Pizza was dinner, so it's not like you went overboard having that in ADDITION to dinner, right?

    You'd probably pass out if I posted what I ate. Here's a tiny teaser: large slice of 2-layer boxed yellow cake with pudding in the middle, thick chocolate icing, and chocolate-peanut butter ice cream on the side on Saturday, and another piece of cake with extra pudding instead of ice cream on Sunday. Yep, that's just a sample.

  • Yup, my weekend was awful too.  Stupid fudge.  And wine.  Well, I don't really regret the wine.

  • Don't beat yourself up over it!  I always splurge on Sundays.  We had nachos for lunch and pizza for dinner.  I made both so they were some-what healthy, but not the best thing for you!

  • Yeah, I made chicken alfredo last night for dinner. I did use whole wheat pasta, but still, alfredo is horrible for you. Oh, and I have some for lunch today as well :) Oh well.
