I'm reading that book thanks to someone who recommended it on here. I re-vamped my routine because I was stuck in a rut and not losing anything despite diet changes and daily exercise. Anyway, today I really did a strong weigh lifting program and skipped the cardio. I used to weight train seriously before I had dd and I was always in shape. For the past four years, I've done cardio, pilates and weights but the main piece was cardio. I'm hoping that upping the weight training jump starts my metabolism. Wish me luck. Thanks to the nestie who recommended this book. I love it.
