Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Yay for starting the Couch to 5K!  I started doing it back in October, but had issues with shin splints and other leg pain, so it's taken me awhile to get through.  I should be on Week 4 now, finally, but I'm going to repeat week 3 again (since I'm traveling and am all thrown off with working out).

I'd be happy to help keep you accountable with it!  And you're welcome to ask me how I'm doing, too.  Smile

  • That would be awesome!! Definitely help hold me to it and I'll do the same. I had shin splints often as a kid and teen but haven't had them in a while, but man do they hurt!

    I'm starting week 1 tomorrow. We'll see how it goes!
