Visiting this weekend - any suggestions?

Hi! DH and I are visiting Waterbury this weekend, staying at a b&b for our anniversary. Just wondering if any of you had suggestions for places to eat, things to do, etc. on our way from central MA to VT or during our stay in Waterbury. We're definitely going to Ben & Jerry's, Cabot, Magic Hat.  Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

  • Tanglewoods in Waterbury is nice. There are lots of nice place to eat in nearby Stowe. If it is nice you could hike in Stowe or maybe take a ride up the mtn.

  • On Sunday the Ye Olde England Inne in Stowe on the bottom of the Mountain Road has an amazing jazz brunch! Have fun!

  • I would suggest the Alchemist for beers and then Ocha, for yummy Thai food (if you like that).

For things to do...I think the Helen Day Taste of Stowe Art Festival is this might want to check that out.
