Hey, can you give me your spinach and artichoke dip recipe? Soo Yummy! I'm going to a pot luck thing tomorrow, and that would be perfect!

  • Oh no, I wasn't on yesterday and didn't see this until now! Am I too late?  Sorry!  Here is the recipe anyway...hope you can still use it!

              Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened or use whipped
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
    • 1 (5 ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese
    • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
    • pepper to taste
    • 1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
    3. Transfer the mixture into baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

     

  • It's cool, I ended up googling a recipe.  I figured since you are moving this week, things would be crazy for you.  Thanks anyways!
