In my recent and ongoing search for new clean-eating resources, I've been discouraged at the lack of clean, realistic blogs. Sure, there are plenty for body-builders and those interested in fitness competitions, but what about the regular folk? Those who just want to do something better for themselves as part of their everyday lives?
Since I couldn't find many that interested me, I decided to make my own. Follow me or not, read me or don't, but I just wanted to put it out there.
I don't have any pictures yet (heck, there's just one measly post so far!) but I have a camera and will work on including photos. I've wanted to post about meals we've had recently, but didn't have a good place to do that. And now I do.
