Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's all gone :( I should write a country song about this.

I had to get a new hard drive for my computer so everything is gone. ?I have all my pictures online but unless someone knows better than I do, I think if I want to re-save them to my computer, I have to save each individually on Shutterfly, right?

  • You mean you have the pics on Shutterfly and you want to save them onto your computer?  Are the pics saved at full resolution there?

    I couldn't find the exact pashmina-wrapped picture but remember when this laptop melted down?


    We all learned a very valuable lesson here...back up!

  • yea I think so - that you'll have to save them one by one

    do you still have the old harddrive? if so - I'd try bringing it in to an IT person so they can see what they can get off of it - even one that has 'died' they can usually recover some of the data from it......
