Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email [email protected]

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Philadelphia's Homeless Animals Need You Now!

The Pennsylvania SPCA recently had an outbreak of strep zoo, a highly treatable bacterial infection. All dogs must get out of the shelter so that the facility can be cleaned and sanitized. Some have been transferred to the Erie Avenue Adoptions Center, but there is not enough room for all!

These dogs need foster homes or risk euthanasia!

If you live in the Philadelphia area (Philly, Bucks, Montco, Delco, Chester County, Central or South Jersey, Northern Delaware), PLEASE consider bringing a dog into your home temporarily.

The length of foster care should only be about two weeks. You will provided medications and vaccinations free of charge.

As a thank you, the PSPCA will give you FREE ROUTINE VET CARE AND VACCINATIONS for up to FOUR of your own pets!

PLEASE, forward this information to anyone that you know in the Philadelphia area!

For more information, contact Natalie Smith, Director of Lifesaving, at nsmith at pspca dot org

THANK YOU!
