vivjek!

Thank you for the lovely card!  Sorry I didn't come back sooner after we were allowed to say who sent us one!

Cute card, and I loved the note more than anything.  We'll have to chat sometime soon and you can tell me where you have been, and I can let you know places if you like.

Yes, dh and I bought a Kombi and drove around Oz for a year.  We started on the north coast of NSW where dh grew up and went clockwise around.   Loved the whole trip and whole country.  We bought a little 10' fishing boat when we were in Melbourne.  We stayed in the 'burbs there @ dh's uncle's house and went into the city for some stuff.  I probably didn't experience Melbourne as much as I would have on my own.

: ) THANK You for the sweet card!

Re: vivjek!

  • You're very welcome!

It sounds like you had a great time traveling around Oz. We have yet to do any major traveling here, but it's certainly on our list. I love the fact that you bought a boat for a while, as well! BIL did the kombi-thing years ago, and loved it too, but I've never heard of anyone a boat for a while - how cool!

We're still working on discovering Melbourne, bit by bit. We went to the Melbourne museum last week, which was nice, but it's starting to get a bit more difficult to get out for full days now that I'm nearing the end... I guess we'll have to wait until the baby is born and is a bit older, and then we'll pick it up again ;-)

Have a great Friday, and a very nice weekend!
