So, in addition to starting to try to eat healthier (posted yesterday) I've also taken this week to start taking pre-natals as well as reduce my caffeine intake to one a day.
I'm generally kind of miserable but I was trucking along until today. The headache I have is not to be believed. I want caffeine. I need caffeine. But, I will resist.
I figured I had to give it up (or at least limit to a small daily amount) once I'm pg so I might as well start now. Fun.
Anyone else de-caffeinated? How long does it take
