So I hobbled to the doctor this afternoon, turns out it wasn't my knee. I pulled TWO muscles in my leg, one in my lower ab/upper groin area and one on the side of my leg near my knee. Those together = pain in the whole leg. I'm on crutches for a week, prescription strength ibuprofen for 2 weeks and no working out for 2 weeks. I'm SO upset about the amount of training for the tri I'm going to miss being out with this injury. Blegh.
