My Gramps is pulling through

Thanks to all who gave prayers and well wishes.  It looks as if my Grandpa might pull through this after all.  He is still in ICU but will hopefully be able to leave soon.  Only he won't ever go home again.  My parents have decided to move him to a nursing home because he just can't take care of himself anymore.  I think it will be good for him though.  He likes to talk and be around people so hopefully he will be happy.

He still has moments of confusion where he doesn't understand that he just went through major surgery but at least he is getting stronger.  Thanks again : )

  • That's so good to hear Molly! I will continue to pray for a good recovery! I'm sure he'll enjoy it there, my grandma is the same way and she really enjoys her assisted living place.

  • I'm glad he's doing better. I'll keep him in my prayers!
  • I'm so glad to hear that! I will keep praying for him, and for the decisions your parents will be making.
