I wrote to you about Zalla'a office-- Derm Assoc. I would try one other thing-- if you have a good relationship with a primary care doc, ask them to call the office and see if they can get an earlier appointment. If that does not work, I would wait for Mark Zalla (or Jim Zalla). Trust me, he is not only VERY good, but he is a normal person. He will explain anything until you absolutely understand. If you want more cosmetic things evaluated, I would wait to get in with Susan Bushelman-- I see her for facial "stuff" but before I moved to her Mark Zalla took off two suspicious moles (shoulder).
When I have had rude telephone people, I have told her the issues (usually verbatim) because they really want to know when their office staff aren't performing with excellent customer service. Hope this helps
