DH's current source of humor

DH is looking at hotels and reading reviews. Apparently first-timers to Europe are not always ready for some slightly different standards. He's over there chuckling at some of the reviews and how shocked the people were.

Re: DH's current source of humor

  • One thing that I found weird was rooms (both Germany and NL) with a window from the bathroom to the bedroom, one of them had a sliding mirror so you could block either the toilet or shower.

After 3 years living abroad, we are back in NOVA.
  • Lol.... Found the same thing in France.
  • Tripadvisor tends to be pretty funny.  Also it reminds me how some people are just arses and no matter how nice a place is they will totally rip it to shreds....

  • Lol. When I first arrived here and we began traveling I was in for a bit of a "shock" but then I realized that I was being a bit unfair. Just because they are "different" does not constitute them as unfit (as I have had a few guests resort to).

I take a page from your dh... I love looking at trip advisor too!
