Seprated

My spouse and I got seprated a month ago. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? Any advice? Any websites I could go to with support message boards?

Thank You.
Mellie

Re: Seprated

  • Pssst, Melliewood...that's separated. :) Not seprated.:)

My advice: counseling for yourself. I don't know what happened to you and your soon to be ex H but a counselor is a good idea: you'll get to vent about what happened during the downfall of your marriage and you'll find out how to NOT attract a guy like that ever again.

  • I agree with Tarpon. Counseling is awesome. It's a great way to talk through everything you're feeling.

I separated from my H a few years ago, and I will say that there are ups and downs, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel even on the worst days. It wasn't always sunshine and rainbows, but it has been the best decision for both of us, and we're both much happier than we've ever been.

PS - This is a great resource for people going through this: http://tinyurl.com/n3tdhz5
