I've worked for a large global company (in a local office) for almost 3 years. I am trying to find another position to further my career (and income, honestly). I'm finding that even the internal posted positions are requiring experience that I don't have, for example experience with recruiting systems.
I'm ready and willing to learn, but it doesn't seem like they want to take the time to train or teach me what I need to know to be successful-- I say this because I continue to be rejected for positions I've applied for. My annual reviews have been excellent, I've gotten three awards over the last two years, and have recently started my MBA.
So, my question is.... How do I go about getting experience when companies want to hire individuals who already have experience (this seems to be the trend for other companies as well)..?
