Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I pay almost $200 a month for services. I wait 2 years to get a new phone, they offer me a "discounted price" on my phone but still charge me a $30 "upgrade fee"? WTF is that all about? Any new phone gets charged that. How are you eligable for an upgrade but still have to pay $30 for a "free" phone? Then you have to upgrade your actual account plan to whatever ass ramming fee they charge you for the exact same plan you had for the last 2 years. What a crock of shit! If they didnt have the best coverage we would switch in a heart beat.
