Workouts for people short on time??

I'm currently doing Focus T25, the new workout from Shaun T, that's only 25 minutes a day!  I'm in my 4th week and my results so far have been amazing from doing that and drinking Shakeology daily.

I'm a Beachbody coach, and you can connect with me on Facebook, for motivation and so you can see my personal progress.  I'm not here to be a salesperson, I'm in the same shoes as you, trying to lose weight and get in shape after getting married and having babies. I'd love to help get you started on your journey.

    Set a regular workout routine for the cardio exercise to get permanent fitness. I prepared a cardio workout plan, I do cardio daily for at least one hour.  
    I do jogging and running for half hour,  
    swimming for 15 minutes,  
    and then do 50 push ups, 50 pull ups, and 100 sits ups.
