We will start getting monthly updates from the agency now that we've been live for a little while. Last month, our profile was viewed online over 100 times... but I take that number with a grain of salt because I know family and friends were still viewing it too. Two birth mothers inquired about us. One of them chose to parent on her own, and the other chose another family. I'm actually pretty ok with it... I know that rejection feels bad for a lot of people, but I really feel like we're going to end up in the right situation, and with the right baby, for us. I'm not even a little discouraged at all. A year from now, yeah, I probably will be.
@FutureMrsWright2012 - I mean this in the nicest way possible, but I'm glad you're having some sickness. Things are moving along as they should be.
Have you seen an RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist)? You're over 35, right? I'd recommend thinking about seeing an RE instead of an OB. Honestly, they know a lot more about getting pregnant than an OB does. An OB is perfect for when you are pregnant, but an RE can help better with the fertility-related questions. After 35, a six month wait will warrant a visit.
