reducing upper arm, inner thigh, and lower stomach pouch

Hi! It seems as though progress is not being in the reducing upper arm, inner thigh, and lower stomach pouch (from having kids). I am also eating about 1400 calories through myfitness pal. I am a normal weight 137 at 5 ft 7 in, but i would like to be more toned. I currently do elliptical 3 days per week and weight training class 2-3 days per week;ac

What do you recommend?

  • You say you are currently doing so, but how long have you been doing this routine? Your body has muscle memory, so it may be time to mix things up. Or maybe you just started so you haven't given it time to show changes.

  • I'm finishing up a program called Chalean Extreme. It sounds like that program will fit with your goals. Sounds like you already have a fitness club membership. I would check online and get the worksheets and select the exercises that target those area
